The Swiss Head & Neck Society (SHNS) is a non profit organisation allowing everyone interested in the treatment of patients with head and neck cancers, independent of her/his domain of specialisation (Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons / Maxillofacialsurgeons / Radiation oncologists and oncologists, including other non medical disciplines) to get into contact with other colleagues from Switzerland. Its goals are to support knowledge, education and research in this subspecialty on a national and international level. The SHNS is also member of the EHNS (European Head and Neck Society; www.ehns.org) and IFHNOS (International Federation of Head and Neck oncologic societies; www.ifhnos.net).
